3. Service Description

We offer certified translations as productized services. The service includes translation and certification of documents according to the specifications provided in each product listing.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Waiver

As the service involves individually tailored work (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB), no right of withdrawal applies if you have expressly agreed that we may begin execution before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

Notice during checkout: Before submitting your order, you will be asked to confirm the following statement:

“I expressly request and agree that the commissioned service should begin before the end of the withdrawal period. I understand that my right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.”

If this consent is not given, processing will begin only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer, PayPal, or instant payment.

7. Delivery Time and Shipping

Delivery time depends on the selected product and begins upon receipt of payment or after the withdrawal period (unless waived). Certified translations are delivered via email (PDF) and/or postal mail.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
